Showed me drone footage of...Hip ridge tiles had slipped leaving bottom ridge tile resting on gutter. Called Steve and he and Myles came out within a couple of hours. Showed me drone footage of the roof which was useful in explaining the problem. Steve, Myles and Kyle sorted out the issue over the next 2 days including cleaning the gutters and fixing some more brackets for extra support. Explained things clearly. Good experience overall.
